The Meloolou Team is generally quite quick at putting your orders together, we only require a business day or two. We work with a number of different courier companies for Canada wide shipping. Dependent on which can offer the best delivery window on that particular parcel, it can vary between UPS, Fedex, Purolator or Canada Post. Once completed the order will be handed off to the selected courier company based on your selection of service as seen below:

This is also a fast, tracking number included delivery but also includes a signature needed at delivery meaning it cannot be left on the property without someone signing and accepting delivery. If theft or “porch pirates” are a concern in the delivery area, we strongly recommend choosing a delivery option that requires a signature upon receipt. While this option may cost a bit more, it helps ensure your gift is safely received as we, Meloolou Gifts, nor the courier company are responsible for loss or theft.
